Cut sheets are due 10 days from the time you drop off your cow and 2 days from the time you drop off your pig. WE WILL NOT CALL YOU FOR CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS. 

–Cow Slaughter Fee under 30 months of age $100 

-Cow Slaughter Fee over 30 months of age $150 

-Pig Slaughter Fee $50 minimum or .20/lb. 

-Goat, Sheep, Lamb Slaughter Fee $125 

-Processing Fee $1.10/lb. ` 

-Cow Disposal Fee $20 

-Pig Disposal Fee $5 

-Goat, Sheep, Lamb Disposal Fee $5 

-New Meat Handler Set Up $150 

-Patties $1.00/lb. 

-Linked Sausage $1.50/lb. 

-Stuffed Sausage $.75/lb.  

-2 or more sausage flavors $10 per animal 

–Quarter a cow $20 per side of beef 

After we call you to pick up your animal YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO PICK IT UP. AFTER THE 7 DAYS IT WILL BE $20 PER DAY. 

After 30 days we reserve the right to sell said animal to recover our associated cost.
